You’re so right, dude, so right. It is sad that this is the situation since the world cannot turn without news and it would be to everyone’s advantage if they we’re innovative rather than stubborn… Maybe there is hope in news24!

I think it’s a grand idea, but I can tell you from experience of working at a newspaper, that trying to get managers to change their models and embrace the Internet is no easy task! What we really need is new, younger peeps in management level with fresh ideas and a good grasp of the online environment to take newspapers to the next level. Or to at least keep them alive …
