Same goes for Opera Mobile 9.5 and the new beta -- 9.7. Sometimes I'm forced to switch between Opera Mobile 9.5/9.7, IE, and Opera Mini 5 beta. It's beyond frustrating. So yeah. Developers need to see a business case for fine-tuning mobile. And not even Tim Bergers-Lee will make them if the only people who use mobile are Africans.
