4 cups pulled pork

1 head of romaine lettuce

1.5 cups shredded carrot

1 cup shredded cheddar

For the buffalo

½ cup melted butter

½ cup hot sauce of your choice

2 tbsp white vinegar

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder


Combine your sauce ingredients and simmer over a low
heat. Cook for 1 minute, or until the sauce thickens.

Mix the sauce with your pork and allow to sit.

Chop the end off your head of lettuce and separate the
leaves. Once separated, wash each leaf and dry with kitchen paper.

Spoon the buffalo pork into the lettuce leaves and top
with carrots and cheese.

Serve on a platter, and
roll roughly to eat.
